Marharyta joined the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) and SECAN-Lab in 2017 right after obtaining her PhD in Computer Science from the joint doctoral program offered by the University of Lorraine / Lorraine Research Laboratory in Computer Science and its Applications – LORIA (Nancy, France), and the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kyiv, Ukraine). Her doctoral work addressed two research problems: providing interpretation of latent models, and identification of factors which can stimulate the development of the system in the desired direction. This work was conducted within the scope of recommender systems application domains. At SECAN-Lab, her research focuses on the application of machine learning methods to provide better security in computer networks.
