Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit full papers written in English, with a minimum paper length of six (6) and maximum of eight (8) printed pages, including figures, tables & references in IEEE double-column format (IEEE Templates Page). Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere. All articles will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers.

Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format, on-line via the EDAS system (http://edas.info/N11539).
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will appear in IEEExplore. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference, or if the paper proves to be a copy from others (non-original work), or it is substantially close to other work presented elsewhere by the same author(s).
