IRMA project held a networking session during the ICT event in Lyon, France on Wednesday 26 November 2008.
The session panel consisted of three presentations by Mr. Guy Weets from the University of Luxembourg (general presentation of IRMA project), Mr. Augusto Nunes from UTICT Mozambique government (Flood scenario in Mozambique) and Malick Diagne from the Centre de Suivi Ecologique in Senegal (Bush Fire scenario).
Presentations on IRMA initiative and planned scenarios raised a lot of interest among participants who expressed their wish to take part in the project advisory board.
