The third PSCE Forum technical meeting took place on 1st and 2nd December 2008 in Aix-en-Provence, France. The second day was dedicated to an open R&D clustering workshop on ICT-enabled Disaster and Emergency Management: "Towards Enhanced Interoperability and Operational Efficiency", organised by the European Commission, DG INFSO in cooperation with PSC Europe Forum.
