The PSCE Forum should facilitate the exchange of ideas and information between industrial and research organizations in the areas of technology, user requirements and standardization. The PSCE Forum project has identified and established links with relevant IST research projects. The PSCE Forum should also help to define the structure and scope of the IST and industrial projects that will be established in the future. A cluster meeting took place on December 2, 2008 during the PSCE Forum conference to enhance co-operation between ongoing emergency/disaster management activities and to contribute to the development of an R&D roadmap for future research, by sharing recent research findings and identifying technical gaps. The conclusions of this event are available on PSCE Forum website. The FP6 projects relevant to NARTUS and, more generally, to Public Safety Communications are presented below:
